The bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, which can accommodate 1 or 2 people.

The spacious living room has a sofa bed, which can provide additional space for 1 or even 2 people with its 120x200 lying area if required.

Here you will also find the kitchen, dining table with chairs, and access to the private terrace and garden area. A wardrobe with drawers provides storage space for guests.

KITCHEN

Equipped for self-sufficiency

The modern kitchen and dining room are well equipped and mechanized. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, as well as cooking and serving utensils. 

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.

GARDEN, TERRACE

The garden area is separated from the garden area belonging to the condominium and from the street by a fence, as well as a mixed row of thuja and laurel hedge. It is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the apartment. The terrace has a garden furniture and two sun loungers.

PARKING LOT

Parking in the inner closed courtyard

There is one designated parking space for our guests within the enclosed courtyard. Additional parking is available on the street, other parking spaces and garages are not available within the area. Parking on the street is free.

POOL

Summer refreshment

In the garden of the condominium there is a medium-sized shared swimming pool suitable for summer refreshment. The pool is not heated, so it is only available to our guests during the summer season.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

Free WIFI is available to guests throughout the apartment. Baby equipment is available free of charge: toilet seat, high chair, changing mat with inflatable side and cover, baby bath. Our apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
